I just finished listening to Dave Dugdale's RadioVine show with Equity Scout founder and it sparked me to write a follow up from my previous post about Zillow and Trulia and having a real estate investor tool.

Equity Scout is an online real estate investment tool that provides the real estate investor with a platform to help in the evaluating of real estate properties.

From the overview, the online tool looks intuitive and clean. One thing founder, Christoper Smith mentioned was that the user inputs their own local and national data.

I hope in the future they crawl local data and input it in the system for me. But overall, this is a great next step into making real estate investing easier and more profitable.
